500 Sit-ups in 7 Days Challenge!

Few days ago aku tengah surf Youtube and then ternampak satu video pasal fitness. Not actual a fitness video tapi context dia bercakap tentang workout. Dia buat 500 sit-ups dalam masa 7 hari and result dia boleh tahan. And i was thinking "wah, possible ke?" Why not try it? I mean kalau tak mampu sempai 500 pun at least i tried. Nak tengok mampu tak diri ni berubah dalam masa yang sama nak jadikan benda ni satu daily habit. Aku ni malas sangat nak work out. Last time work out masa time PLKN dulu. Itu pun sebab instructor suruh kalau tak rasa tak kot. And masa sekolah dulu je aktif work out ni semua sebab jadi wakil sekolah. Dah start alam pekerjaan ni semua out mostly disebabkan faktor masa, takda companion and takda motivasi. So sekarang ni aku just do simple work out like squatting and light dancing kat rumah tu pun untuk isi masa lapang bukan as motivation for fitness. Now, i'm challenging myself to do 500 sit-ups in 7 days because i wanted some changes in my life and i want to start taking care of myself better.
